This Privacy Policy describes how Internet Esim (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Internet Esim mobile application (the “App”) and related partner services. The App is a business-to-business (B2B) tool for authorized retail partners who sell travel eSIM data plans — not a consumer shopping app.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to verified partner stores and business administrators who have been given login credentials by Internet Esim. End customers of partner stores are not required to create an account in the App.
2. Information we collect
When you use the App, we may collect and process:
- Account information: business email, company name, contact name, and password (stored on our servers as a hashed value).
- Authentication data: session tokens used to keep you signed in on your device.
- Business activity: eSIM orders you create (destination, plan details, prices), sales history, settlement records, and related timestamps.
- Technical data: IP address and device information sent with API requests for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate partners and administrators
- To display catalogs, create eSIM orders, and deliver QR activation codes
- To calculate monthly sales and partner settlements (30% / 70% split)
- To provide admin tools for account and settlement management
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the service
4. Where data is stored
Partner account and order data are stored on servers operated by Internet Esim. Login session tokens may be stored locally on your device so you remain signed in.
5. Third-party services
To provision eSIMs we use third-party connectivity providers, including the eSIM Access wholesale API. Order data required to activate a plan (such as destination and package identifiers) is transmitted to those providers only for fulfillment. We do not share your password with them.
The App communicates with our API over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) where supported.
6. Data retention
We retain partner account and transaction records as long as needed for business operations, settlements, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may contact us to request information about your data or account closure.
7. Your choices
- You can sign out of the App at any time, which clears the local session on your device.
- Account changes (email, password reset) are managed by your Internet Esim account manager or admin.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and is intended for business users only.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. International transfers
If you access the App from outside the country where our servers are hosted, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
